Lampe Volta

The matte finish on this lamp is exactly what I wanted—it catches the light softly instead of glaring. I've already moved it to three different spots in my living room, and it works everywhere.

The matte finish grabs light in a really warm way, and the stoneware weight makes it feel far more substantial than the price suggests. Only wish the cord were a bit longer for my side table setup, but it's a lovely piece of Barcelona craftsmanship on the whole.

The off-white chamotte clay has nice texture in person, feels more substantial than the photos suggested. Only wish the cord was a bit longer, but the lamp itself casts a warm, soft glow that's exactly what I wanted for the reading corner.
