Kalahari salongbord

The riveted seams from the old rice-field ploughs give it a rugged character that fits my living room perfectly, and the wood top feels solid and well-balanced. It's clearly a one-of-a-kind piece, not something you'd spot in every showroom.

The antique plough metal has this incredible texture you just can't fake, and it's clearly been through a real life before ending up in my living room. It's the only piece of furniture I own that actually starts conversations.

The rusted plough metal gives it a raw, earthy character that fits my living room perfectly, and you can tell each piece has its own history from the rice fields. It’s heavier than I expected, but that just adds to the sturdy, handcrafted feel.
