The G45 Fancy Round comes in a porcelain frosted finish and is perfect when a more diffused and translucent bulb is required. The globe is a classic light bulb shape - a small ball that is a versatile accessory for a pendant or chandelier where space is at a premium.
With a warm white colour temperature, although it's frosted, it still throws plenty of light for such a small bulb (240 lumens - equivalent to a 25 watt incandescent). Also dimmable so you can also create the right atmosphere for any occasion.
Vintage LED bulbs operate at a really low temperature, making them a lot safer. The old incandescent bulbs operated at temperatures up to 2800C. Ours typically don't go much above 30C, and can be touched even after hours of use.
With an average lifespan of 20,000 hours, you won't need to change this light bulb for years. Also amazingly cheap to run, if you left this G45 bulb on for 24 hours, it would only cost 2 cents*.
