The tapered shard catches light from every angle, and knowing each one is formed by hand in South Africa makes it feel special. It's lighter than I expected, so it hangs beautifully without pulling on the chain.

The tapered point throws such a lovely shadow on the wall at sunset, and the handmade clay means the texture catches the light differently every time I turn it. I keep finding new little ridges and curves in it.

The hanging motion is so graceful because of that tapered end—it swings with a weight I wasn’t expecting from clay. I keep catching myself staring at the uneven texture, knowing mine is truly one-of-a-kind. It’s already the first thing guests comment on.
