I was nervous about the weight, but these are surprisingly light on the ears for hand-rolled clay. You can really see the sun-dried texture up close, and the kiln finish makes them catch the light just right.

The hand-rolled beads have such a lovely, organic texture to them, and I love that each one carries the sun-dried, kiln-fired craftsmanship from KwaZulu-Natal. They're light enough for everyday wear, which is perfect since I've barely taken them off since they arrived.

The kiln firing really locks in that raw, earthy texture—each bead feels one-of-a-kind, and the hand-rolled unevenness makes them charming rather than imperfect. I've worn them three days straight and they've held up beautifully without any chipping.
